Seller Responsibilities
Growers and sellers must accurately represent their products, comply with all applicable food safety regulations, fulfill orders in a timely manner, and maintain high quality standards. You are responsible for product sourcing, packaging, and ensuring items meet all legal requirements.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresent products, harass other users, or violate any laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the PEEL community.
Payments & Trade
Payment Processing
PEEL facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Buyers agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable fees, taxes, and shipping costs. Payment methods and processing times may vary.
PEEL Trade
Our PEEL Trade feature allows users to exchange products directly. Both parties must agree to the terms of the trade before completion. PEEL is not responsible for disputes arising from trades, but we will assist in facilitating communication between parties to reach a fair resolution.
Fees and Commissions
PEEL may charge service fees or commissions on transactions. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a purchase or listing. Sellers are responsible for any fees associated with receiving payments through the platform.
Content & Ownership
Platform Content
All content on the PEEL platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PEEL or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without express written permission.
User-Generated Content
When you post content on PEEL, including product listings, reviews, or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share it.

PEEL is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not directly sell products and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by growers. While we strive to maintain a safe and reliable platform, we make no warranties regarding product quality or seller reliability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PEEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to PEEL in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Receive Orders
Once buyers find your products, they can place orders through the platform. You will be notified of new purchases.
Shipping & Payment
Ship orders directly to the buyers using convenient shipping methods. The platform offers secure payment options for both parties.
